We are in search of a seasonal Transfer Evaluation Assistant who is a detail-oriented individual to provide invaluable support in processing transcripts and other essential tasks within our dynamic Intake Group.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for the digital imaging of academic documents, ensuring the accurate receiving, scanning, indexing, and verification of document data.

Responsibilities :
- Act as an individual contributor to provide support in the gathering of data from incoming student transcripts
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to be both a team player and self-managed
- Process documents sent from the student through multiple means of delivery
- Apply FERPA, university, department, and team policies and procedures with maintaining student documentation
- Work individually and collectively to meet the individual, team, and department objectives to be accurate, fair, helpful, and timely
- Complete additional responsibilities under the direction of direct leadership or leadership support as requested
- Use independent judgment within assigned tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues and / or leadership when clarification is needed
- Maintain satisfactory personal productivity metrics
- Engage in weekly coaching sessions with leadership
Skills and Experience Required :
- Education Requirement : High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrate ability to analyze information and come to appropriate conclusions driven by policies and procedures '
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills, proof-reading, and ability to assess and utilize resources
- Understand how to apply FERPA regulations to business processes after training
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and work expectations
- Have a working knowledge of computer systems and software to maintain and analyze information critical to the daily job function
