職務内容
航空機エンジンの開発業務 日系大手重工メーカーとの協業で行っていただきます 具体的には
- HSE : 製造工程が健康 安全 環境基準に完全に準拠していることを確認する
- 製品安全 :
製造工程が設計意図を達成し維持できること また自社製品およびサプライヤーの製品が仕様に適合するよう工程が遵守されていることを確認する 安全に関する問題を厳しく提起し 調査し 解決する
品質 :
組織内で不良品ゼロの推進する すべての部門と連携し リスクを低減し 製品のRight First Timeを推進する RRMS SABRe 輸出管理 知的財産権に関する要件など 関連する会社 法律 技術的なポリシーや基準をすべて遵守する
技術的権限 :
適切な権限委譲のもと 担当エリア内での製造工程管理の適用を保証する 該当する場合 MEAまたはPCAの署名者として行動する
要件 :
現在または将来の要件を満たすために 新規または改良された製造工程 デジタルシステムおよび技術の機会を特定し 開発する
プロジェクトマネジメント :
スケジュール リソース コストなどの活動を計画 管理し 関係者に現状を伝え 賛同を得る プロジェクトのタイムスケールを守るために 問題やリスクを確実に解決する
コラボレーションと知識の共有 :
製造プロセスやデジタルシステムの技術的な側面が理解され 必要に応じて説明されるように インターフェイス チームやローカルの専門家と協力する 学んだことを記録し 活用する ベストプラクティスの特定 文書化 共有 関連するコミュニティ オブ プラクティスへの参加も含む
人材育成 :
