Position Overview :
The Walmart AMP & Walton Arts Center are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and energetic new Director of Corporate Partnerships.
This role is pivotal in strengthening current sponsor relationships in addition to building a robust corporate pipeline to identify new prospects and expand sponsorship revenue.
This position also leads the Club AMP Program, manages box seat sales at Walmart AMP, and oversees all event sponsorships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain a portfolio of corporate sponsors for both Walmart AMP & Walton Arts Center
- Serve as the primary on-site contact in the Sponsor Lounge at Walmart AMP
- Strategically plan and execute annual sponsorships, box seat sales, Club AMP, and special fundraising events, with a combined revenue responsibility of approximately $5 million
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with sponsors through excellent customer service and ongoing stewardship to understand their needs and ensure retention
- Create new sponsorship proposals and packages to satisfy demand and adapt to opportunities presented by potential new venues and programs
- Lead the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) in member solicitation and strategic planning
- Engage corporate donors to sponsor signature fundraising events (currently Art of Wine, Masquerade Ball, and AMP Up the Arts)
Requirements
- At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the corporate sponsorship market and the ability to create compelling proposals and packages tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors
- Relationship and customer service oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Excellent leadership qualities and demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve and exceed goals
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage sponsor agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for live performance
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is commensurate with experience. Annual salary $125,000 - $135,000 with bonus opportunity
- Annual salary review will be performed

- Twelve days paid vacation annually (accrues bi-weekly) at time of hire. An additional 24 hours of personal days and 6 paid holidays are available annually as well as paid sick time
