Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Project Planning and Scheduling : -Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and milestones.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to fully understand project scope and specifications.-Identify resource requirements and efficiently allocate personnel and materials to meet project demands.
• Budgeting and Cost Control : -Create and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on budget variances.-Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, change orders, and project invoices.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency.-Project Execution and Quality Control : -Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Track project progress and performance against key metrics, including timeline, cost, and quality.-Uphold quality control standards, proactively addressing and resolving issues to ensure project success.
• Risk Management and Safety Compliance : -Identify and evaluate potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.-Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and promptly address hazards.
• Team Leadership and Communication : -Lead and coordinate with project team members, including site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate project updates and status reports.-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.-Proficiency in construction management software (, Procore) and scheduling tools (, Microsoft Project, P6).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.-PMP, CM-Lean, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Conditions : -The role requires working in both office and construction site environments.-Travel to project sites may be necessary.
