Home Health Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized, comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
Duties include assessing and developing therapeutic retraining programs, collaborating with healthcare team members, providing treatment and instruction, and documenting patient care.
Required Experience / Skills :
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
Scheduled Weekly Hours :
Pay Range : $76,800 - $105,800 per year
