HealthPartners is hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator. This position is responsible for a broad range of administrative support to a Senior HR Director and the Labor and Employee Relations Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of events coordination or administrative experience
- Or Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some flexibility to work outside of standard office hours to support hosted events, if applicable

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize details and follow through with plans
- Takes initiative and has strong ability to anticipate needs of team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources, learning and / or cultural programs
- Technical proficiency in learning management systems, talent management systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Provides administrative support, including maintaining of leader calendars and team distribution lists, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, providing data, and coordinating plans with other internal and external partners
- Tracks and processes invoices and monitors timely and accurate expense reports
- Triages questions and requests to appropriate subject matter expert to provide a timely and positive customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Labor and Employee Relations :
- Is responsible for the unemployment insurance process
- Is responsible the Compliance 360 process for HR Policies
- Is responsible for the grievance tracking and reporting process
- Is responsible for the discipline, discharge, coaching, failed probationary period tracking and reporting process
- Is responsible for the licensure and certification tracking system and process
- Is responsible for the Education and Training Fund process
- Is responsible for the Worksite Return to Work process
