Job Title : Plumbing / HVAC Assistant Project Manager

Summary
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Plumbing / HVAC Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will assist in managing commercial and military construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Supported the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with the project team.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress and quality of work.
- Assisted in ensuring all necessary permits and licenses were obtained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems and their installation processes.
- Strong understanding of commercial and military construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Local candidates are preferred.
