A company is looking for a Senior Investment Service Associate to provide exceptional service and support to advisors and clients using the World Managed Account Platform (WorldMAP).
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between advisors, WorldMAP, and the Investment Team, providing training and supportVerify and process new account forms and updates, ensuring they are in good orderReview and process service and trading requests, confirming completion with advisorsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the wealth management industry3 or more years of relevant investment wealth management industry experienceExperience with processes involved in servicing wealth management client accountsExperience with Vestmark or similar trading technology, or third-party asset management platformsSeries 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 / 65 combination (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
