Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing facility and manage the business including overseeing, mentoring and guiding all department managers in establishing annual goals to drive bottom line financial growth while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
The Plant Manager will handle communications regarding plant results between the production facility and corporate management.
Solid experience in multi-department plant operations is needed. The Plant Manager will review labor costs, monitor plant KPI's, ensure Quality & Safety Compliance, manage the P&L, develop & manage the site Operating Budget, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree Heavily Preferred
- 3-5 Years on Manufacturing Operations Management Experience - Preferably in a Food / Beverage / CPG Plant
- 5-8 Years of Progressive Leadership Experience in Food / Beverage Production Plant
- Strong Leadership & Team Building Ability. Plant Turnaround Experience is Desirable
- Knowledge of Food Safety / SQF / USDA Standards
