We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead for our facility in Waukesha, WI. As the Electrical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems, repairs, and improvements throughout the entire plant.
This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the operational readiness of all electrical and electronic equipment
- Develop plans for long-range electrical projects and handle the electrical aspect of other projects as needed
- Supervise and schedule the work for a team of 8 electrical personnel across three shifts, including involvement in the selection, hiring, training, and development of new employees
- Manage administrative programs related to electrical systems and personnel
- Oversee contractors as required, directing their activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3+ years of electrical experience, or a minimum of 10 years of electrical experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience is a must
- Solid electrical experience, including troubleshooting and repair of controls, instrumentation, and electrical distribution systems
- Project management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
