Shift Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm (40 hours / week). Job Summary The Markey Cancer Center is seeking a Research Analyst Principal.
This position will provide research histology and IHC services to various research investigators as part of the Biospecimen and Tissue Procurement Shared Resource Facility of the Markey Cancer Center.
Duties will include : histology (embed, section and stain, including special stains), IHC / IF (including protocol development), creation and sectioning of tissue micro arrays, and molecular pathology assays including TUNEL and in situ hybridization.
Candidate must be detailed in record-keeping, with hands-on experience sectioning specimens, as well as good general lab skills and the ability to service multiple projects simultaneously.
This position will have a fully onsite work arrangement.

No Preferred Education / Experience Master’s degree plus six months experience or bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience preferred.
