Goodwill TalentBridge has partnered with a premier electronics manufacturer in the Libertyville area to find a skilled Warehouse Associate with stand-up reach truck experience. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers you the chance to grow with an industry leader known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

As a Warehouse Associate, youll play a vital role in the movement of materials between the Assembly and Warehouse departments, ensuring customer orders are received, picked, packaged, and shipped with accuracy and care. If youre a dependable, detail-oriented professional ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Position Details :

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM + overtime as needed

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Location : Libertyville, IL

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately receive and verify materials against purchase orders
  • Pick and prepare materials for production and customer orders
  • Operate stand-up reach trucks and other forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Package, wrap, and strap skids for outgoing freight
  • Restock shelves and bins with incoming inventory
  • Conduct quality control checks before shipment
  • Report discrepancies or damages for recordkeeping and reimbursement
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and suggest improvements
  • Support inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and semi-annual audits

What Youll Need to Succeed :

  • Prior experience operating a stand-up reach truck or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math skills and the ability to problem-solve
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
