Job Title : Office Assistant
Location : Dallas, TX
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : $17.82 / hour
Responsibilities :
Part Time Assistant to help the Director with scheduling meetings, work travel, booking travel plans, etc
May lead the work and train other office staff
Other duties as needed
Job Requirements :
General office administration experience
Requires effective oral and written communication skills and MS Office or similar software skills
Associates degree required
Strong office skills, good excel experience, and be a quick learner
Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
