Overview
The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for coordinating the nursing care on their shift. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the unit.
Focus will be on providing a safe, effective environment for patients and staff through increased communication and customer service.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
Current CPR, ACLS and Basic Dysrhythmia required.
Two to five years of clinical experience in patient care / management.
Minimum 2 years experience in critical care.
Current NIHSS certification, or within 90 days of employment.
4 hour Stroke class within first 90 days of employment.
