As an Interim Human Resources Generalist, you will support the HR function during a period of business growth and integration.
You will play a key role in executing various HR responsibilities, including performance management, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing the HRIS (iSolved).
Additionally, you will assist with international recruiting efforts and cultural integration following a recent acquisition.
This hands-on role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Worksite Location : Eden Prairie, MN Hybrid (1-2 days remote after acclimation); ONLY Minnesota / Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage the full lifecycle of HR operations, including compliance, performance management, and open benefits enrollment.
Administer payroll for a small, fast-paced environment.
Optimize and maintain the HRIS (iSolved) for better efficiency.
Support recruiting efforts, including onboarding and international recruitment policies.
Lead initiatives for cultural integration following mergers and acquisitions.
Collaborate with the HR Director to streamline HR processes and drive key initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience :
1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Strong HRIS experience (iSolved preferred).
Experience in mergers & acquisitions and international recruiting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
