Responsibilities

  • Manage our Pennsylvania facility's desktop support team, assigning work, setting priorities and deadlines for tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and Corporate IT, overseeing local technology projects and collaborating on enterprise initiatives.
  • Coordinate the replenishment, distribution and maintenance of desktop equipment, printers and IT devices.
  • Work with IT teams to develop business requirements, process documents, training materials, strategy, systems and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years IT Leadership / Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows technology and related hardware.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
