As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding teams. Our clients will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges.

As an authority in defense, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have :

• 10+ years of experience in program management
• Experience leading multiple teams with diverse skillsets
• Knowledge of planning, organizing, and making recommendations on program

milestones, resourcing, and key decision points

• Ability to perform risk assessments to identify, define, and analyze program or project issues in terms of probability and consequences
• TS / SCI clearance
• Master's degree

Nice If You Have :

• Experience with the DoD
• Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

TS / SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
