- Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to understand client needs.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (surveys, market reports, etc.).
- Develop data-driven insights to enhance our external client engagement strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving client satisfaction and business outcomes. Performance Metrics and KPIs :
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market success.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts. Strategic Planning Support :
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align data insights with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of market entry strategies and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decisions. Client Presentations and Reporting :
- Prepare concise and impactful presentations for external clients.
- Communicate data findings effectively, highlighting actionable takeaways.
- Assist in creating client reports and executive summaries. Internal Data Organization and AI Preparation :
- Work closely with our technology team to organize and optimize internal data storage and retrieval.
- Drive plans and implementation for future data storage, reporting, and analytic solutions.
- Prepare data for AI and machine learning applications. Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor 's or Master 's degree inComputer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency inPython, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools(e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge ofarchitectural design principlesandmarket dynamicsis advantageous.
