What You Do.

  • Problem solves 1st tier HR production system support issues, escalates complex issues to 2nd level HR Technology team or vendor working with them for an efficient resolution back to the customer.
  • Conducts weekly system audits to ensure data integrity, adjusting audits as necessary or working with HR Technology team to determine new audit procedures as processes change.
  • Write basic reports, assist with dashboard design & analytics, and validates data.
  • Tests systems and procedural changes within the HR systems; including HR system upgrade processes, annual HR processes, etc.
  • Owns the creation of associated documentation of HR systems for end users.
  • Assists on HR system focused stories, working in an Agile format.
  • Completes training and practices continuous learning of the HR systems.

Your Education and Qualifications.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Data Science with completing Junior year before start of internship.
  • Familiarity with most types of office equipment. Effective communication and negotiation skills, and ability to resolve customer issues with diplomacy and tact.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary for this position. Robust Excel skills required, including vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.

Word, Internet, Power Point, and e-mail proficiency required

Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. There is not mass / public transit system to / from corporate housing location to company locations
