We are in search of a Paralegal to join our team in the Non-Profit industry, located in Naperville, Illinois. This role involves supporting ongoing projects, including state authorization and marketing documentation review.
The successful candidate will also be involved in the implementation of new programs and will be providing support in two key functions.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with ongoing state authorization projects, providing comprehensive legal support as required.
- Support the review and revision of marketing documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Aid in the implementation of new programs, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Provide comprehensive support across two key functions, ensuring all legal needs are met.
- Work on state applications for new projects, ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled.
- Conduct document review on the marketing side to ensure all materials meet legal and compliance standards.
- Utilize software such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and CompuLaw in the execution of duties.
- Assist with billing functions, briefing, calendar management, and claim administration as needed.
- Employ excellent communication skills to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
- Familiarity with Case Management Software and CompuLaw.
- Ability to perform Billing Functions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in Briefing and Calendar Management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Claim Administration processes.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field is preferred.
- Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program is a plus.
