Position Overview
Looking for an onsite experienced Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination for the AIMS Software design, implementation, and training departments.
The position requires frequent interaction with customers via phone, email, and web conferencing as well as calendar and email management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update implementation plans
- Coordinate, and schedule meetings
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and presentations
- Create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
- Document creation and report preparation
- Special projects as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of administrative / office experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable communicating with customers including project plan presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- While not required, knowledge or experience with SCRUM and / or software development lifecycle would be beneficial
