POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and People Development : Develop and influence people as the primary focus
- Business Operations : Maintain an organization-wide vision and business plan with the Executive Director
- Performance Management : Hold all team members and leadership accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
- Guest Experience : Maintain speed of service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction scores
- Financial Management : Responsible for financial return of the organization, including key metrics of food cost and labor cost
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Fully capable of running the entire business independently
- Proficient in opening and closing procedures, back-office operations, and computer applications
- SERVSafe Certified
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make timely decisions and take ownership of results
- Enthusiasm for the Chick-fil-A brand and ability to promote brand loyalty
