Job Title : Fine Grade Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain various heavy equipment including Front End Loader, Track Ho, Skid Steer, Dozer, and Excavator efficiently and safely.
- Safely load and move materials on construction sites, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and material handling as needed.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure project success and timely completion.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work areas.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor.
- Proficient with both the dozer and the track hoe, can lay storm drain, and grade.
- Can fine grade with a dozer, lay storm drain proficiently with all equipment.
- Read blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
