Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our legal team in the area of Workers' Compensation Defense.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents
- Maintain case files and manage the calendar for attorneys to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
- Draft and edit legal correspondence
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with a focus on Workers' Compensation Defense
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- EAMS
