These are temp-to-hire positions. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 am. The pay rate is $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding service.
• Schedule service appointments accurately, considering technician availability and customer preferences.
• Perform efficient and accurate data entry tasks related to customer information, service records, and appointment details.
• Manage inbound phone calls and emails for the service department, addressing customer concerns and providing necessary information.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.

Working hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Skills :

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
