Job Description
- Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival.
- Ascertains patients’ and or visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly.
- Educates Medical Center patients, family members, visitors and guests regarding appropriate services and available resources and assist with wayfinding.
- Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes.
- Meets key performance metrics for area and demonstrates compliance with policies / processes.

Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience;
or A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required.
