What You Will Do :
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Database administrator supporting an enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence Community.
Lead as part of a team that is responsible for the integration of the customer's legacy systems to Fusion HCM Cloud.
Support user administration and authoring / maintenance of standard operating procedures for O&M environments.
Set and maintain database standards
Manage database access
Performance tuning of database systems
Install, upgrade, and manage database applications
Solve challenging problems for the client / customer and provide innovative solutions.
What You Will Need :
A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGECE (CI) Polygraph
TEN (10) years’ experience in Database Administration (DBA)
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET (TS) / SCI federal security clearance with FULLSCOPE (FS) Polygraph
Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) / Oracle Fusion Configuration Package Management
Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
Exposure to Linux environment
