Job Description
The Senior Analyst / Analyst role will help advance the agenda of executive leadership by defining strategic direction and driving critical strategic initiatives for AECOM.
This position will report to the Director and / or Vice President of Corporate Strategy. This position requires the acumen to address and define complex projects, balance multiple responsibilities, and influence key stakeholders.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include a combination of both in-office presence and telecommute / virtual work and can be based from : Dallas, TX / Los Angeles, CA / Denver, CO / Chicago, IL / New York, NY.
Duties
Develop actionable insights and quality deliverables in support of key strategic Enterprise priorities; maintain flexibility and accountability in support of multiple initiatives
Conduct internal and external research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations
Perform competitive intelligence and market analysis to support strategic positioning and market entry decisions.
Work to establish the development of corporate, business unit and function strategic plans
Gather, clean, and analyze data using various methods and technology tools to extract insights and identify trends
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of strategies and make data-informed adjustments
Provide strategic input into mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures
Support facilitation of strategic workshops support scoping of problem statements, developing agenda, and facilitating collaborative sessions to work through business decisions with executive leaders
Support project management / coordination of critical strategic initiatives and workstreams
Establish excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive leadership team
Understand the structure of the organization to interact with internal partners
Manage relationships with external consultants and resources
