The Agency Representative is responsible for providing clerical assistance to Agency Liaisons, Team Leads and Managers. Key Responsibilities include : Opens and sorts mail received on a daily basis as outlined in department procedure and distributes all department mail on a daily basis Processes all requests from external vendors, patients, co-workers, etc Assists in completing basic work lists for the department.
Has a complete understanding of the SMS patient accounting system and is able to utilize all functions appropriately. Consistently receives and reviews daily reports for distribution.
Files all required paperwork by retention policies. Directs any problems with accounts or where additional intervention is needed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Executes job duties to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency. Uses available work time to complete all tasks with established frames and timelines.
