NTN has an opening in Industrial Aftermarket Sales for a Territory Manager (remote) for the Atlanta Territory.
This position calls for managing a defined territory which consists of NTN Authorized Distributors and End User locations.
The role would include working with distributor’s sale force regarding the promotion of NTN Products as well as calling on End Users directly to promote brand name and empower them to change buying habits.
This position will focus on Industrial Aftermarket.
Major Responsibilities :
- Increase sales annually based on targets set.
- Grow existing Industrial accounts by expansion of additional NTN products and services.
- Drive new development projects that will lead to profitable growth.
- Ability to conduct training at both the Distributor and End User level.
- Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels.
- Spend 60% of time prospecting new sales opportunities at the End User level directly.
- Excellent problem solving skills at the End User level that will help drive Value based sales.
Skills / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree, or 4 year technical undergraduate degree. Engineering degree a plus.
- Competent knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and industries.
- 3-5 years of experience in Industrial sales.
- Must possess market knowledge as it pertains to the bearing or PT industry.
- Must be comfortable calling on both Distributors and End Users to Value Sell products and services.
- Must have ability to contribute to the team immediately.
- Ability to travel multiple nights for a given month and have excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with CRM strongly recommended.
- Self-starter, ability to learn quickly.
- Team player with good organizational and analytical skills.
