job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Opening cases, sending out letters of representation;
• Requesting medical records, medical bills and liens.
• Sending out medical bill reductions and preparing closing statements (a plus)
• Taking calls from clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers;
• Experience with preparation of reductions and Closing Statements a plus;
• Preparation of demands to insurance companies a plus;
• Sit in on some meetings with the attorney and client
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• WE PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE POSITION.
