Principal Duties / Responsibilities :

Sales Team Development

• Develop and Manage the Sales Training Program
• Develop Sales Career Path Framework
• Organize and Facilitate Bi-Annual Sales Meetings
• Manage the Sales Internship Program
• Develop New Sales Employee Onboarding Processes

Sales Administrative Support

• Manage Sales Expense Approval Process
• Administer and Track Sales Compensation Plans, Collaborating with Sales Leadership and HR / Compensation

Sales - Marketing Interface

• Coordinate Marketing & Sales Alignment
• Provide Sales Support for New Product Positioning
• Ensure Consistency with Sales Materials, Presentation Templates, Formats, etc.
• Distribute and Track Marketing Qualified Leads with the Sales Team
• Support the Development of Account Based Marketing
• Manage Salesforce.com Activity Report and Resulting Actions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies :

Essential KSAs :

• Bachelor's degree and 8 + years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs, translating them into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
• Keen ability to drive change : to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment
• Agile leader and learner
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization
• Proactive self-starter with outstanding organizational and project management skills managing multiple work streams simultaneously
• Seasoned influencer with all levels of organization

Desirable KSAs :

• Successful experience consulting with all levels of management; able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly
• Proven track record of understanding and delivering sales-focused strategies and improvement plans

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands / fingers to handle, or feel;

reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer and occasional use of other office equipment.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision.

Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
