Our new Consumer Direct Inside Sales Team is looking for Appointment Setters!

We are looking for a fun, outgoing, and motivated person to call our INBOUND Social Media leads and fill up our Sales teams Calendars - we are not looking for average.

No cold calling. Ever.)

Job Summary :

You will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and scheduling sales appointments for consumers who have requested information on acquiring a mortgage from Wesley Mortgage!

IMPORTANT : Every lead called is a warm lead that has expressed interest in our services. Our fully staffed marketing team creates and publishes the ads directly into our social media channels, and the leads go directly into your dialer for then next day! There is no cold calling.

The ideal person for this job is for someone who is GREAT on the telephone, who has a track record of hitting sales targets and is extremely well organized, highly motivated, and has a positive attitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

• Call leads in an efficient and timely manner
• Ask questions to understand the prospect’s situation and pre-qualify them for our services, by following the script
• Explain the value and process of working with Wesley Mortgage Group
• Schedule appointments
• Input client information into CRM and tracking sheets

Requirements :

• Strong computer skills
• Experience with appointment setting or telesales preferred
• Google sheets, gmail, and other google systems
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation :

$20 per hour (based on experience) plus a $200 bonus with each closed loan

Schedule : We are currently looking to fill full time for 2 shifts. Monday to Friday 8-4 and Part time Monday to Friday afternoon / evening (hours flexible)
