Job Overview :
- Role : Maintenance Technician
- Responsibilities : Ensuring equipment and facilities are top-notch; minimizing downtime; maintaining smooth operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Compensation and Benefits :
- Wages : Competitive Pay with a $400 sign-on bonus (Paid after 90 days)

Responsibilities :
- Maintenance Tasks : Room repairs, preventative maintenance, property upkeep, filter replacement, carpentry
- Technical Management : Boilers, Elevators, HVAC systems
- Availability : Night and weekend shifts, emergency situations
- Skills Utilization : Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC
- Customer Service : Addressing maintenance issues effectively
Qualifications :
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience : 2+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar fields; hospitality or residential maintenance
- License : Valid driver's license
- Certifications : Relevant certifications highly valued
