Job Title : Call Center Agent

Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, complaints, and technical support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM systems
- Maintain knowledge of company offerings and stay updated on product changes
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist
