Job Description
This individual will be responsible for providing the Business Center Management with ongoing assessments and recommendations for digital and brand initiatives.
The Brand & Operations Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple organizational stakeholders regarding digital marketing strategies, digital metrics / results, dealer website optimization, reputation management, and social media.
It will be the responsibility of the Brand & Operations Marketing to develop key initiatives, leverage best practices, and work with dealerships in an effort to increase overall dealership traffic, retail sales, and retail market share through digital marketing.
This individual will be the lead manager for select brands and will be accountable for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives, while focusing on the regional development of a brand and product awareness.
The Brand & Operations Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating & implementing regional incentive proposals and monitoring the program effectiveness and efficiency once in market.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use data to clearly identify market trends and make concise recommendations to Business Center Senior Leadership in delivering defined results.
The role will require creative thinking, flexibility with daily time management, strong analytical abilities along with presentation / communication skills and confidence with proposing results-driving initiatives to a variety of audiences.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of sales or marketing experience
- Ability to mentor and support district managers
- Proven and substantive track record in formulating / driving marketing communications through branding and digital engines
- Experience delivering effective and innovative campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Some travel will be required - must live within the Western Business Center territory or be willing to relocate
