NOW HIRING Digital Press Operators in LENEXA, KS!
Position responsibilities :
- Ability to set-up and run a minimum of two different press types in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
- Verify information on work order is correct
- Make press standard adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met
- Meet or exceed print efficiency standards
- Monitor print assistant and QCI for adherence to procedures
- Complete daily & weekly paperwork as required
- Strong grasp of workflow, processes, and procedures
- Complete maintenance logs and report press downtime as required
- Maintain cleanliness of press & press area
- Ability to use PMS color matching book & densitometer to measure dot characteristics and colorspace
- Cross train in a minimum of one other area
- Work in other areas as needed
Basic qualifications :
- Machine Operator experience, 3-6+ months preferred
- Ability to manage large workload while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as needed
- Ability to communicate (read, write, understand) English
- Understand and adhere to all safety requirements
