What will you be doing?
- Leading the end-to-end UI design process, from conceptualization to implementation
- Collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective design implementation
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user interfaces
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the technology teams
- Working with cross functional teams to improve workflows, project management, and resource allocation
- Developing interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and validate usability
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Staying informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Graphic Design
- Significant years of hands-on experience in UI design
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects
Skills that will help you in the role :
Experience working in Compliance or Risk and Controls area in the Finance Industry
