Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Attorney at Tower Title in Providence, RI. The Title Attorney will be responsible for tasks such as providing legal advice, conducting thorough title examinations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the telecommunications industry.
Qualifications
- Legal expertise in Real Estate Transactions (preferably commercial)
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
