BaneCare Management is currently seeking a Full Time Admissions & Marketing Liaison to join our Pittsfield & Dalton teams! This position will be working with three of our senior care facilities in the Berkshire, MA area : Springside Rehab & Nursing Center, Craneville Place Rehab & Nursing Center, and Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community.

Requirements for Admissions & Marketing Liaison :
- Nurse, social worker, or other licensed health care professional preferred. Non-clinical degree considered with relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Excellent organizational skills with effective time management.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment abilities with capability to make independent admission decisions
- Maintain a professional demeanor and project a positive image.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office, hospital referral platforms and electronic medical records.
Job Duties of Admissions & Marketing Liaison :
- Establish and expand a robust referral network through direct engagement with hospital and community referral sources, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.
- Oversee the referral and admission process to ensure seamless transitions, assessing clinical appropriateness, verifying insurance, and completing all preadmission steps thoroughly and accurately.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions and adhere to all HIPAA rules for patient privacy and security.
- Keep referral tracking current and provide end-of-day reports timely.
- Schedule hospital and community events to promote nursing centers’ expertise and features
- Embrace opportunities for growth and contribute innovative ideas for improving processes and outcomes.
