We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

What our Team Members Do :

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and / or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

What our Team Members Need to Know :

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a guest comes first attitude.
• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements :

• Team Member must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Team Member must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
• Team Member must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Team Member must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• Team Member must be able to work various shifts per week, including nights and weekends and some holidays. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.

m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.

• Team Member must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Team Member must have reliable transportation.
