A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center.
This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones.
Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting.
In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives.

Position Overview
The Brands Sr. Analyst position is designed to assist in the planning, and post-morten
analysis of the Brand 25-line P&L and Opex budget for the Global Brand FP&A. This is a key role in supporting the Brand FP&A teams in their development of the global budget and P&L reporting.
Qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Prepare annual operating plan and monthly estimates,
- Monitor performance against the forecast and estimate with monthly close reports and reviews.
- Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis of the entire P&L, and drive process improvement.
- Develop new tools and dashboards along with our Harmonization and BI&A Teams to further assist our stakeholders with digital efforts.
Additional Requirements :
Output measure (used to measure the success of a system)
- Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and Timeliness.
- Successful or better PDP goals.
- Good stakeholder management skills, measured through survey sent to main personas.
In Process measures (valuable in providing actionable information sooner allowing action)
- Constant communication with leader and teammates / junior analyst in the case for team leads / assistant managers.
- Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts.
