We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator with an interest in women’s fashion who is detail-oriented, organized, and has the skills to excel at the fundamentals of the fashion media landscape of Influencers / content creators.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a team player.

What You Will Do

• As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will support influencer affiliate campaigns for our Amazon storefronts
• Project manage monthly organic influencer campaigns, ensuring posts are on-time and comply with legal guidelines
• Source influencers weekly
• Manage daily communications with 600 + influencers
• Monitor monthly budgets to ensure campaigns meet monthly budgets
• Utilizing both external and internal influencer tools in managing campaigns and scaling micro-influencers on a monthly basis as well as researching different avenues to attain new influencers
• Weekly / monthly Influencer recaps and KPI reporting
• Share content out to cross functional teams for repurposing on social, paid media and CRM
• Place orders for PR and Influencer marketing gifting
• Research digital influencers / consumer advocates who love the brand or who would be a brand fit
• Assist manager in keeping marketing calendar up to date with PR and Influencer posting and campaign dates
• Stay on the cutting-edge of digital / social trends, including monitoring competitors. Proactively monitor influencer activity across social to report on trends, content and collaborations to get ahead of the next big idea.

Serve as the first to know in brand’s influencer center of excellence; sharing industry and social influencer updates.

• Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
• Demonstrate enthusiastic, 24 / 7 approach to responsibilities
• Organization and ensuring all internal stakeholders are notified of new content, coordinating upcoming influencer campaigns

What You Can Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in influencer marketing / social media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Creative and flexible
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Loves fast fashion & our brand! Experience working in fashion or beauty preferred.

The hourly range for this position is from $25.95-29.80. The range provided includes the base salary that JF expects to pay for the role.

Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
