Candidate must reside in the state of Massachusetts.* Candidates must live within 50 miles of a MA location.

Required Work Shift : 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours a week.

We are looking for candidates to work on the new Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line with knowledge of behavioral health social services and insurance systems, and a deep understanding of the factors that impact a person’s experiences in the mental health system, including but not limited to, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, language proficiency, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status, criminogenic risk, and history of trauma.

The Provider Data Analyst will support development and ongoing implementation of the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line Treatment Connection Resource Directory.

How you will make an impact :

• Analyzes, researches, coordinates and reports on provider file data to support both internal and / or external request.
• Generates provider data reports and analyses to support internal client needs including network management, sales, account management, and other key functions.
• Performs provider data analysis and reporting in response to external request from providers and / or regulatory agencies.
• Serves as a technical data expert and liaison between the provider database organization, and other functional areas to support data requests and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow.
• Acts as a liaison with the assigned analyst completing the report and the requesting department and / or provider, clarifies report to ensure that it meets the client's needs and helps to clarify additional required information or data needs.
• Ensures the quality and accuracy of all reports.
• Perform provider data support, data / file analysis, network analysis, surveys, reporting (including creating and publishing), and other ad hoc data requests.
• Uses software tools.
• May be responsible for enhancements and testing.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 year of data file / reporting experience, and experience using analytics and / or relational databases;

or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :

Experience manipulating geo / location data and applications strongly preferred.
