As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with exceptional closing skills to drive sales and revenue growth for our roofing business.

In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales opportunities generated by our marketing efforts and inbound inquiries.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Close sales opportunities generated through inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the roofing industry or a related field.
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
