Prepare rooms / areas for work activities by moving content, covering content and furniture with plastic, setting up plastic containment barriers Set out commercial drying equipment (air movers, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers) Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians IICRC certification preferred, but will assist you in getting them Experience with general construction / demolition tools and work Valid drivers license Reliable transportation to & from work Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals
