C Squared Systems, LLC is an RF engineering, consulting, and software development company specializing in providing services for seamless wireless coverage from RF analysis to design and implementation of DAS systems and Wi-Fi networks to remote monitoring and management of complex multi-vendor environments.

C Squared Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic Construction Project Manager with industry experience to join our high performing team of technology professionals.
This position encompasses coordinating daily / weekly schedules for the field operations team to meet customer requests for new builds, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress.
- Deployment to the field is required.
- Develops, coordinates, and modifies schedules as needed.
- Consults with management to identify customer needs and coordinate project objectives.
- Manages projects that can include up to ten field technicians and engineers engaged simultaneously.
- Manages and coordinates with contractors as needed.
- Perform employee evaluations.
Requirements :
- At least three years of experience in similar role with project management experience.
- Excellent Project Management skills
- On call is required
- Frequent travel is required.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required.
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Depending on the planned work, nights and weekends will be required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- RF related experience is preferred.

- Ability to meet deadlines, work additional hours as needed.
- Initiative-taking & ability to work effectively under minimal supervision & direction.
- Communication Proficiency; written and oral. Fluent in English.
- Adaptable to changing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
