Responsibilities : 1. Product Strategy : Develop and execute the strategic vision for our digital products and services, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
2. Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Feature Prioritization : Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact analysis.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
5. Roadmap Delivery : Understand and deliver on strategic priorities in the product roadmap.6. User Experience Optimization : Collaborate with UX / UI designers to optimize the user experience of our digital products, conducting usability testing and iterating on designs as needed.
7. Stakeholder Communication : Communicate feature creation status to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners as needed .
8. Performance Monitoring : Monitor key product metrics and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.
Required : 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field.2. 3+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products or services.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI / UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts.6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
