Vice President, Client Operations - Asset Transfers

Portsmouth, New Hampshire (or San Francisco, California)

The Vice President, Client Operations - Asset Transfers will play an essential role in leading the end-to-end payment product lifecycle, setting forward-looking strategy, reducing risk, and creating operations efficiency.

This individual will work closely with external custodians and with our internal Client Service team.

Your Role

Primary responsibilities include :

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day money movements (e.g., wires, checks, journals, and ACH transfers) for family office clients
• Partner in providing oversight to the Asset Transfer team; assist in day-to-day support of operations, metrics, and performance of the team
• Investigate payment discrepancies and proactively identify potential missing invoices and payments
• Partner with the business to manage family office private banking needs including coordination and execution of custodian authorizations, establishing recurring payments, and vendor verification
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams such as operations, legal, compliance, and risk where needed
• Responsible for maintaining Asset Transfer policies and procedures

About You

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of professional work experience
• Experience supporting family office clients or have worked in wealth management, public accounting, or fund administration
• Proven experience delivering on fraud-reducing technology projects
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team
• Can manage multiple daily deadlines while also working toward long-term goals
