Senior Estimator Water Treatment Plant Experience

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with extensive experience in water treatment plant construction and civil construction to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, ensuring profitability, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Apply estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles.
• Collaborate internally with multiple team leaders to ensure successful bids.
• Prepare bid packages, analysis of subcontractor bids, and conceptual estimates.
• Evaluate and negotiate project contracts and agreements.
• Continuously monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of larger estimating assignments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in estimating with a focus on water and wastewater plants
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of Estimator software and other relevant tools. (Hard Dollar Preferred)
• Ability to manage changing timelines and collaborate with multiple team leaders
• Excellent communication skills
